The cuisine is dominated by New Zealand seafood, with excellent steak, lamb, venison, duck, and vegetarian meals available to satisfy any guest’s desire.
The seafood platters include the best local oysters, green-lipped mussels, prawns, traditional whitebait fritters, whole market fish from Harbourside that is sustainably harvested, and the amazing Grade A crayfish that is supplied from Fiordland.
